Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

Shipping and handling costs may vary depending on factors like the product’s size, weight, packaging, type, and other aspects. The exact charges will be mentioned in detail at checkout before you finalise your payment.

Let’s Know

  • It will take 5-7 business days in Metro regions within India. (This entails cities and towns in India that are served by major courier companies and the Indian Postal Service)
  • It will take 5-10 business days for the rest of India. (This entails areas that are only served by the Indian Postal Service and regional courier companies)

Proof of Delivery

Deliveries require a signature to confirm acceptance from your end. If you’re unavailable, a substitute person, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour, must be assigned to sign for you on your behalf. Please note that Khojati/K-Veda is not responsible for items signed for by a substitute.

Additionally, the courier will require a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the mobile number you mentioned while placing your order. The parcel will not be delivered without this OTP. If this causes a delivery delay, Khojati/K-Veda cannot be held responsible and may not be able to assist you.

Please note that shipping details, including the contact person’s information, phone number, address, and pin code, cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns & Refunds

At Khojati/K-Veda, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the product may not reach you in the desired state. As a policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for defective/tampered products other than Khojati/K-Veda Credit/Coupon, which needs to be used within 3 months from the date of issuance. Products are also non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered, as we cannot resell them.

Damaged, Broken, or Leaked Products

If you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, you must contact our customer care team within 24-48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to transit damage, you must provide a mandatory unboxing video showing the original packaging. A refund/exchange will be initiated only after passing the verification process.

Refunding Your Purchase

If your refund claim is approved, the amount will be credited back to you as Khojati/K-Veda Credit/Coupon, which needs to be used within 3 months from the date of issue. Please note, delivery charges are non-refundable as per our delivery partner’s policy.

To initiate a claim, please contact our customer care team at +91-9920111108 or email us at care@kveda.in with the subject line “Refund For [Your Order Number]”. Ensure to include the essential images and videos linked to your issue. Our customer service representative will guide you through the process, and your item(s) will be replaced subsequently.

Missing or Undelivered Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must report the same to us within 2 days of the marked delivery date. We cannot process any refund or credit requests after this period, as per our policy.

If an order is misplaced or not delivered to the address mentioned, you must report it within 2 days of the estimated delivery date. We won’t be accountable for any queries regarding missing items post this period.

Note: If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, you should refuse to accept it from the delivery partner on the spot. We are not responsible for address discrepancies, so kindly check your shipping address thoroughly before placing an order.

Replacement Process

Upon authentication of your return reason, a new product will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days after we have picked up the original order. If the returned product is in tradeable condition, we will issue a replacement. If not, we will issue a Store Credit. The final verdict on the product’s condition is at the sole discretion of Khojati/K-Veda.

Please note, we cannot offer exchanges or returns on any discounted, used, or promotional products. Any free or promotional product(s) delivered with your order must also be returned.

Cancellation 

You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Please note, a 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from your refund.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your original payment mode within 15 days of your cancellation being acknowledged.
